In the Bormio area there are many ski lifts open in the summer: some give hikers and bikers the chance to reach the highest peaks quickly and effortlessly while others give the dream of wearing ski boots, even in the warmer months, when many are on the shore. Facilities open in summer for hiking and mountain biking:
